MY ELITE CLEAN is a locally owned and -operated business. Our employees are fully insured. We pay all federal, state, Social Security, and Medicare payroll taxes. In addition, we are committed to allowing our employees to earn a living wage and because of this, we pay above minimum wage.
1.) Specifications: Please refer to the service list and level of clean you selected to ensure you understand exactly what areas will be cleaned in your home. If what you want isn’t listed, you must discuss “special requests” with the phone estimator before service begins as there may be a price adjustment. ***Special request must be made 48 hours in advance of appt.
2.) Payment: Your credit card will be charged 24-48 hours before your service date. Appointments are only guaranteed with a credit card pre-payment of 50% for new customers. If you approve any additional services, an additional charge will be added the same day or the morning after the cleaning. Weekend or holiday schedules may necessitate a change in this procedure.
3.) Quote: Prices and hours are based on your accurate description of the condition of your home. If we find the condition is not consistent with your description, we will call you and ask for a time adjustment and price increase. If we cannot reach you and you have not pre-approved additional time, we will only stay the amount of time you paid for, and quality will be compromised.

5.) Access: Please ensure that our staff has access to your home or business. We will provide you with a time range of when to expect us. Our time starts when we arrive to clean. If we must wait on someone to unlock the door, there will be less time available to clean the house.
6.) Emergency number: Please make sure we have an emergency number, a forwarding address and/or the name and number of your real estate agent in case of emergency.
Equipment and supplies: MY ELITE CLEAN provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Due to OSHA regulations, we are unable to use any cleaning supplies but our own without a signed liability statement.
7.) Water and electricity: Please make sure water and electricity are connected on the date of the cleaning. Because we cannot clean without them, MY ELITE CLEAN will charge a $50 non-refundable fee to your card to cover a portion of our expenses if the necessary utilities are not connected when we arrive to clean.
Appliances, furniture, boxes, and miscellany: Please have all furniture, boxes and drawer contents out of the home by the date of the cleaning. If they are present, we will clean around them. We will not move them. In addition, we do not remove shelf/drawer liners but will wipe the surface. We do not move refrigerators, stoves or washers/dryers to clean under and behind them, even if they are on wheels. ***APPLIES TO MOVE-OUTS ONLY
8.) Trash: We do not move large amounts of trash. We will place up to two kitchen-sized garbage bags of trash in the curbside container, but there is an extra charge for larger amounts of trash. ***APPLIES TO MOVE-OUTS ONLY
9.) Disclaimer: MY ELITE CLEAN is not responsible for breakage due to normal wear and tear; deterioration caused by age; or damage caused by improper assembly, construction or mounting of an item.
10.) Other service providers: For the safety of our associates, the security of your home and the quality of our service, we request that there be no other service providers (movers, carpet cleaners, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) in the home when we arrive to clean. If other service providers are present, we will do our best to work around them, but too many interruptions in our cleaning procedure may prevent us from completing the job in the amount of time estimated. More time may be available for purchase, or we may need to adjust what tasks we can accomplish to compensate for a lack of time. We cannot guarantee the quality of our work if other service providers are present, and we will not re-clean when a service provider comes in after us to do work.
11.) Health: For health reasons, our staff will not handle any type of animal or human waste.
12.) Our cleaning techs: By accepting our service, you agree to neither solicit, directly or indirectly, nor hire any current or former MY ELITE CLEAN employee, who has provided service to your home without compensation to MY ELITE CLEAN for its loss, and the expressed written consent of MY ELITE CLEAN. * I understand that under no circumstances shall I knowingly engage in a direct, working relationship with any employee of MY ELITE CLEAN. I further understand that I will pay a $2500 finder’s fee if I hire a Cleaning Tech employed by MY ELITE CLEAN on an individual basis for private employment unless first being authorized by MY ELITE CLEAN.
13.) COLLECTIONS AND DELINQUENT PAYMENT Non-payment or NSF checks will be resolved by charging your backup credit card for the past due amount or may result in a $25 per month late fee payment plus all valid NSF fees or collection fees.
Accounts past 90 days will be sent to our attorney’s office, and you agree to pay all subsequent fees charged by the attorney for collection services on the outstanding bill.
14.) SUBSTITUTE CLEANING TECHNICIAN In the event that your “regular” cleaner is out of work on a scheduled cleaning, we will be sending out another technician.
Before & After Pictures: We take pictures when we arrive and when the work is completed. You may notice I share a lot of pictures on our social media accounts and on our website. We will never post anything personal only non-identifying objects and areas. Those areas are bathtubs, sinks, counters, faucets, woodworks, and carpet lines. We do take pictures of rooms but will be shared. Please know that your comfort and privacy are extremely important to us!
15.) Guarantee: Ideally, we would appreciate it if you or your representative could walk through the house with us toward the end of the cleaning. Our service is Love-It guaranteed, and we appreciate the opportunity to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas if you are not satisfied, but we cannot return to re-clean if we are not notified within 24 hours of the cleaning. Because of the subjective nature of cleaning, refunds are not available.
I also understand that this is not a contract and service can be canceled at any time for any reason in a written notice.
