What to expect next?

  1. Now that we have received your quote details, please log into the client portal which is accessible from our website. Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% down and we prefer to have a credit card on file.
  2. If we require a door or garage code to access your home our staff will get that information from you by text or phone. If we require a key, they will make arrangements with you for us to get it. 
  3. Pets – It is up to you what you do with your pets. We love them, but some are scared of the vacuum cleaners, etc, so many of our clients choose to crate them during cleaning. Whether you crate them or not, be sure to let us know their names so we can greet them when we arrive.
  4. How many cleaners will be at your home? It depends on the size of your home and what you are having done. Typically it is one to two cleaners per job.
  5. We will bring all of our own tools, equipment and cleaning supplies, so you don’t need to worry about providing any of that.

How to prepare for your cleaning tech

  1. Please be sure to put important items and papers away
  2. Pick up clutter, and do a general tidy up – putting shoes away, clearing countertops, etc. After all, do you want to pay for our techs to mop your floors and sanitize your counters or put your kids’ sneakers on the shoe rack? Time is limited, so the more prepared you are, the more cleaning our techs can accomplish.
  3. Please ensure there is a toilet brush in each bathroom. We do not carry brushes from one bathroom to another as this increases the risk of cross contamination. If you don’t have one and you wish to purchase them from us, just let us know prior to your appointment and we will be sure to bring them with us.
  4. Please keep in mind that the following are not included in our services:
    • Laundry
    • Dishes 
    • Porches 
    • Carpets 
    • Powerwashing
    • No ladders over 2-step stool
  5. You can be home during your cleaning if you wish. We will advise you of our order of cleaning so that you know in advance.

If we have any doubt about them at all or if they are someone we wouldn’t want in our own home, then we don’t hire them. Your peace of mind is our number one priority.
