How can we give you access to our house if we aren’t home?

Just call or email the office with your instructions. We typically take security/garage codes during appointment setup. If a key is needed then we just need to know to make arrangements.

How do you handle pets?

We love pets! However, using a vacuum or having a stranger in the house may cause anxiety for your pet(s). Due to this, we respectfully leave it up to you to make a decision about your pet. Most of our clients prefer to kennel their dogs. We just need to know ahead of time what to expect.

How many people will be coming to clean?

We generally send one to two cleaners out based on the home or size of the project.

What areas do you service?

We currently clean in the following areas: Lees Summit, Kansas City, Liberty, Independence, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Raytown, Raymore, Belton, Grandview, Overland Park, and Shawnee Mission. If you live in an area not mentioned above, feel free to give us a call.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, the only request we have is that you have a toilet brush in each bathroom.

How do we pay?

We prefer credit cards on file.

What things are not included in a typical cleaning?

We do not clean any of the following YET!
